At The Lady and The Tramps, we know pets are family and they deserve to be treated that way.
Our full grooming services are designed to keep your furry friends clean, healthy, and looking their best.
Whether it's a simple trim or a full spa day, we make sure every pet leaves feeling fresh and happy.
We’re certified through Apex Academy, one of Canada's top grooming schools, as well as the National Cat Groomers Institute of America (NCGIA).
We’re also trained in pet first aid through Walk n' Wags, because safety and comfort are just as important to us as a great haircut.
We take pride in providing a calm, caring environment for pets of all ages.
Whether your dog is playful and energetic or a little slower these days, we’ll make sure they’re treated with patience, kindness, and a gentle hand.
We’re here to make grooming a good experience for you and your pet.
We look forward to welcoming you both!

FAQs - Frequently asked questions:
- What vaccinations are required?
At The Lady and The Tramps, the safety of your pet is our top priority. We require all pets to be up to date on their rabies vaccinations. In addition, all dogs must have a current Bordetella vaccination for their protection. Proof of vaccination from your veterinarian, either by paper or email, is required before your appointment.
- Do you do online booking?
We do not offer online booking. We believe that speaking directly with the groomer ensures clarity and helps prevent any confusion, mistakes, or miscommunication about your pet’s appointment.
- How much does it cost to get my pet groomed?
Grooming costs can vary depending on your pet’s breed, size, temperament, age, and the time required for the service. Please contact the salon directly for a personalized estimate.
- Can I stay and watch my pet get groomed?
For the safety and comfort of your pet, we do not allow owners to stay during grooming. Your presence can excite your pet, making the grooming process more difficult or dangerous. Rest assured, your pet will be cared for with professional, high-end equipment, and we will call you approximately 15 minutes before they are ready to be picked up.
- Are you going to sedate my pet?
No, groomers are not permitted to sedate pets. If we find that sedation may be necessary due to extreme aggression, we will recommend that you visit your veterinarian prior to your next appointment.
- Will my dog be kenneled?
Yes, but we strive to minimize kennel time as much as possible. We will call you shortly before your pet is ready to be picked up to reduce their waiting time.
- Do you provide flea bathes?
No, we do not offer flea baths due to the high risk of spreading parasites to other animals. If fleas, lice, or other parasites are detected, we will refer you immediately to a veterinarian for treatment to protect the health of all pets in our care
