• The Lady and The Tramps reserves the right to charge additional fees for services we consider over and above the normal covered by our rate.
• The Lady and The Tramps reserves the right to refuse service to customers who’s pets pose a threat to our employees and other pets in our care, whether it is problems with aggression, health, parasites, or lice.
• Should the owners pet expose the salon with fleas/lice there will be an additional $50.00 charge to cover The Lady and The Tramps’ expenses for cleaning and fumigation of the salon.
  • It is with this cleaning protocol that we can best protect your dog and others from infestation. We will also charge you for a complete groom as it has occupied our groomers schedule. This transaction will be held as a credit until you provide proof from a veterinarian that your dog/cat has been treated.
• The Lady and The Tramps will not cause unnecessary stress to your dog by trying to de-mat them. An additional fee will be charged for any matting removal.
• For your pet’s safety, it is asked you do not return to the salon until you have received a phone call/text message. This is because your dog gets excited when they see you, making it dangerous to continue the groom. This may resolve in sending the dog out the door not finished.
• The Lady and The Tramps has the right to use a muzzle on your pet if it is deemed necessary.
• The Lady and The Tramps is not a licensed boarding facility and cannot hold your pet over night or after office hours.
• A late pickup fee will be applied to any pet left afterhours.
• When entering the salon please do not excite the other animals or let your dog interact with other dogs in the lobby.
• Dogs must be up to date with their Rabies and Bordetella vaccines.
• Please be on time for your appointment, as our schedule is disrupted when a client is late. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will reschedule the appointment and a fee will be charged.
• Rescheduling policy – A minimum 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellation policy – If notice not given, you will be charged for your full groom and asked for a deposit upon booking your next appointment.
• Cats need to be brought to appointments in their own crate.
• Dogs need to be brought to appointments on leash/lead.
• Please potty your dog before their appointment, as-well as picking up after your pet and putting waste in designated garbage bins.

• Pet owners must inform The Lady and The Tramps of any known injuries, medical conditions that could be aggravated during the grooming process. The pet owner will be financially responsible for any veterinary care needed resulting from a pre-existing condition arising from the grooming process.
